An Unforgettable Night at the Table: Ventura County’s Best Chefs Unite for 13th Annual Top Chef Yummie Dinner

CAMARILLO, Calif., February 8, 2026  – Ventura County’s most celebrated chefs will take center stage at the 13th Annual Top Chef Yummie Dinner, an intimate evening of fine dining and philanthropy, on Friday, May 1, at picturesque Rancho de las Palmas. Hosted once again by the generous Cassar Family, the event brings together the region’s top culinary talent in support of Casa Pacifica.

The evening’s carefully curated menu features a multi-course experience prepared by a select group of acclaimed chefs, all past winners of the Top Chef Yummie Culinary Competition, held during Casa Pacifica’s Angels Wine, Food & Brew Festival. Each course is paired with award-winning wines and Ventura County’s reigning “Best in Fest” craft brew, creating a dining experience that delights from start to finish.

Best in Fest is a highly anticipated brewery competition held in advance of the Angels Wine, Food & Brew Festival and exclusively open to participating exhibitors. During the competition, expert judges evaluate each brewery’s entry on style, aroma, flavor, and overall impression, ultimately crowning one standout brew as the region’s best.

The Top Chef Yummie Dinner offers guests an elevated yet welcoming atmosphere, complete with live music, a distinctive silent auction, and thoughtfully curated pairings that highlight the creativity and collaboration of the evening’s culinary partners.

Proceeds from the dinner benefit Casa Pacifica, the largest nonprofit provider of children’s and adolescent mental health services in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.

“The Top Chef Yummie Dinner is a wonderful celebration of talent, generosity, and purpose,” said Carrie Hughes, Chief Development Officer, Casa Pacifica. “Each year, our talented chefs come together to create an unforgettable experience that directly supports children, young adults, and families facing mental health challenges. We are so grateful for the community’s continued commitment to this event and the life-changing impact it makes.”

Participating chefs for the 13th Annual Top Chef Yummie Dinner include:
Victor Melchor, Woodstock Farina
• Martin Ledesma, Rocks & Drams
