SAFTY Program Shines on KEYT News

Posted on

We are thrilled to share that Casa Pacifica was recently featured on KEYT, highlighting the incredible impact of the Women’s Fund of Santa Barbara’s generous grant. This funding has allowed our SAFTY (Safe Alternatives for Treating Youth) program to expand in Santa Barbara County, enabling us to better support youth under 20 who are facing mental health crises.

Thanks to this grant, we’ve added a new Crisis Care Specialist, providing essential services to youth in need. The goal of the program is simple yet vital: to help keep youth safe at home and reduce the need for unnecessary hospital or law enforcement involvement during a mental health crisis.

We are grateful to the Women’s Fund of Santa Barbara for their support and for the opportunity to help even more families in our community.
