Stepping Stones Transitional Housing Program

Overview

Stepping Stones champions a Housing First philosophy, ensuring that young people experiencing the challenging transition from youth to adulthood have immediate access to secure housing. From the stable foundation of secure housing, we offer a comprehensive range of voluntary support tailored to everyone’s individual needs and goals. Guided by the Transition to Independence Process (TIP), our team partners with youth, empowering them to take the lead in creating their own path of lasting independence.
