Who Are Casa Pacifica’s Alumni?
Youth who have received services from Casa Pacifica’s campus residential treatment programs, non-public school or in one of our community based services are considered Alumni. This includes many children and youth who have been in the Ventura and Santa Barbara counties foster care system.
Casa Pacifica’s Philosophy is “Once a Casa Pacifica Kid, Always a Casa Pacifica Kid!”
Many youth who have been in our care and ‘age-out’ of the foster care system need continued support and service from Casa Pacifica. Our Transitional Youth Services program provides a range of services designed to meet these needs. We also provide a toll free number to every child or youth who leaves so they can contact us for help, and to keep in touch. The number is: (877) CASAKID | (877) 227-2543.
Annual Alumni Holiday Party
Every year during the holidays we host a party that our former youth really look forward to. The party includes significant gift-giving to meet their immediate needs, priority scholarship requests for higher education, the opportunity to reconnect with their friends, and information on housing opportunities.
Alumni Services
Casa Pacifica also connects Alumni to services on campus, such as our Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) program that provides help for youth who have young children.
