Camarillo, CA May 28, 2015 - Quick! Time to take action! There is only one week left to purchase tickets to the 22nd annual Casa Pacifica Angels Wine, Food & Brew Festival which will take place on Sunday, June 7th, 2015, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on the glorious tree-lined campus of California State University Channel Islands.

Casa Pacifica and the Angels are excited to welcome back to the Festival their generous Hosts, the Zarley and Van Huisen families and Union Bank! The premier Festival will once again offer an unbeatable array of exhibitors offering delicious food samples from fabulous restaurants, caterers, bakeries, and specialty shops, and the palette-pleasing tastes of fine wines, feisty brews, and specialty beverages from throughout California. A large Silent Auction, arranged in themed sections, will tempt Festival-goers with must-have, self-indulgent, one-of-a-kind, and fun-focused themed baskets and this year bidders will be able to score their favorite items through an online bidding system – even if they aren’t attending the Festival!  All proceeds from the Wine, Food & Brew Festival, as always, will benefit the vital programs and services Casa Pacifica provides to the community’s most vulnerable children and their families.

One of the exhibitor booths will showcase the new ‘Best in Fest’ brew competition winner – LAB Brewing Company, operating out of The Twisted Oak Tavern in Agoura Hills, for its craft, barrel-aged oatmeal stout. In addition, a special booth will feature a life-sized cake of Archie, created by Chef Duff of the Food Network, celebrating his 10th birthday. The cake will be auctioned off for a guest to purchase for the children of Casa Pacifica to enjoy. The 5th annual Yummie culinary competition will name Top Chef winners among the Festival exhibitors for the best creations being sampled at the Festival in both Savory and a Sweet categories. And, the exciting behind-the-scenes Yummie Top Chef Dinner, presented by Pacific Western Bank and hosted by The Cassar Family, will take place on Friday evening, June 5th, preceding the Festival and will feature a nine-course dinner prepared by Ventura County’s best chefs, who all happen to be previous Yummie Competition winners. Each course will be paired with excellent selections from local wineries, and one course with the “Best in Fest” Brew winner.

The live entertainment throughout the day is always a big hit with Festival-goers, and this year the main stage will proudly feature Festival favorite Benise, along with a fantastic musical performance by returning band Wes Quave, along with a dance floor for those who can’t resist moving to all the wonderful beats. Bruce Barrios, Ventura County’s favorite DJ will emcee the day’s festivities.

The V.I.P. Lounge presented by Wells Fargo will feature its own music by the band Sound Effect along with Shawn McMaster’s Magic and Mayhem. In addition to exclusive entertainment, the Lounge will feature the Anheuser Busch Belgium Beer Garden, Plated Events by Chef Jason, Malibu Family Wines and a few extra surprises! V.I.P. guests will enter through a special entrance and will start off their day being specially catered to by the world class Mastro’s Steakhouse.

General Admission and V.I.P. tickets can be purchased online at http://www.cpwineandfoodfestival.com! General Admission tickets are on sale for $125 each until sold out (the ticket price will rise to $150 at the door). Food and beverages are included in the price of admission.
