Food Truck and Bocce Ball Festival to Benefit Casa Pacifica on October 18th!

Camarillo, CA September 29, 2015 – On Sunday, October 18th, 2015 from 12 noon - 5:00 p.m. a great event - the Food Truck and Bocce Ball Festival - will take place at Limoneira Ranch in Santa Paula and will benefit Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families. Presented by Plated Events by Chef Jason and Hosted by Wells Fargo, the Festival will offer bocce ball enthusiasts, and those just looking for a fun afternoon, a variety of 10 gourmet food trucks to feast from, several live bands to listen and dance to, and bocce ball – whether learning how to play, playing a game or two themselves, or watching bocce ball tournament teams who entered the Festival tournament compete on Limoneira Ranch’s twelve professional bocce ball courts.

With the price of admission guests will enjoy cuisine from ready-to-travel food trucks that include Baskin Robbins, Cousins Maine Lobster Truck, Scratch Food Truck, Domino’s, The Grilled Cheese Truck, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Belly Bombz, Confusion Street Cuisine, Shave It, It’s In the Sauce, Baby’s Badass Burgers, and Rice Balls of Fire. Wine and craft beer will also be available. In addition, Guests will be treated to the musical talents of bands Dirty Rice, Highway Starr, and Sound Effect thanks to Entertainment sponsors Susan and Ken Bauer, and Aetna. VIP guests will also enjoy special tastings in the VIP tent by Ventura Limoncello and Tequila Alquimia.

Bocce Ball Teams comprised of four team members can enter the Bocce Ball tournament to compete for a $500 grand prize. Trophies will also be awarded for first and second place winners. The competition is open to beginner teams up through professional teams with a $250 entry fee per team, ADVANCED REGISTRATION ONLY. Team entries enjoy access to the VIP lounge team includes 3 drink tickets and 1 food ticket per team member.

Tickets for the Food Truck and Bocce Ball Festival are on sale now at boccefestival.com and range in price from $35 for an adult ticket (includes 2 drink tickets) to $110 for a pair of VIP tickets (includes 3 drink tickets and 1 food ticket per person). VIP tickets offer access to the VIP lounge and early entry at 11 a.m. for the first Round of the Bocce Tournament. Only general adult tickets will be available for purchase at the door; there will be no VIP ticket sales at the door.
