Casa Pacifica’s 18th Annual Spotlight on Style Runway Fashion Show
Westlake Village, CA – One of Ventura County’s longest running fashion events added another chapter to its history on Saturday, November 23rd – The Casa Pacifica Angels presented the 18th Annual Spotlight on Style at the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village. The Event was attended by 400 guests who enjoyed fabulous fashion, fine dining, and unique boutique shopping. The hosts of the 18th edition of the runway fashion show, Susan & Ken Bauer, and the Casa Pacifica Angels were excited to be back at the Four Seasons and partnering with Carin Holmenas Productions, who produced the runway fashion show featuring high-style fashions from the collections of Kevan Hall, who was also in attendance.
A champagne reception kicked off the festivities as guests perused a variety of fabulous boutiques offering a wonderful collection of unique accessories, clothing, and gifts. A wonderful silent auction also offered guests the opportunity to purchase entertainment packages, personal pampering opportunities, and one-of-a-kind experiences.
Lori Silvey and Elsa Phillip, chairpersons of the 2019 Spotlight on Style, and their Spotlight on Style Committee worked diligently to create another fantastic fashion show and boutique event at the Four Seasons Hotel. All proceeds from Spotlight on Style benefited Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families. The Event has been raising vital funds and awareness for Casa Pacifica before it even opened its doors in 1994. This storied event was one of the first fundraisers that helped raise the initial 10 million dollars needed to open the facility. Casa Pacifica is a crisis-care center that provides therapeutic programs and services that bring healing and hope to vulnerable children and youth struggling with complex mental health issues due to circumstances that placed them in foster care, and youth whose mental health challenges are disrupting and destabilizing their family homes.
