24th Annual Care For Kids Golf Classic Scheduled For Monday, July 18th

Camarillo, CA – Hosted by the Rotary Clubs of Camarillo, and benefitting Casa Pacifica Centers for Children and Families and the Camarillo Rotary Foundations, the Care For Kids Golf Classic will be held at Spanish Hills Country Club on Monday, July 18th, 2016. The shotgun tournament is run as a four-person Texas Scramble and includes trophies for 1st through 3rd places in both low gross and low net flights. All entrants receive a deluxe tee package, including Foot-Joy golf shoes, Opolo Wine, and more! There will be great hole-in-one prizes on each of the par-three holes. Lunch and snacks are included on-course and a cocktail hour, raffle, live auction and awards dinner will follow the days’ competitive rounds. With the tournament only one month away, now is the time to enter and ensure you are a part of all the fun while raising money for a great cause!

The Care For Kids Classic’s fabulous hole-in-one contest prizes include: Hole #4 – a Ford F-150 truck from Ford of Ventura; Hole #6 – a Ford Mustang, also from Ford of Ventura; and Hole #13 – $25,000 cash - $20,000 of the prize sponsored by Mitchell & Schwartz, CPAs and $5,000 sponsored by Kirby Auto Group. A special “Million Dollar Shoot Out” will take place on the 18th Hole. The four “closest-to-the-pin” golfers in the contest at Hole #13 during the round, plus one golfer randomly selected from all the players, will have chance at the end of the tournament to win $1 million by trying to score a hole-in-one on the 18th hole. Sponsored by Valenzano Insurance Services/Don Valenzano and Finishline Carpentry/Kevin Estes, this hole-in-one contest should be an exciting highlight of the day’s events!
