Our Outpatient Therapy program offers compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive, outpatient setting. Services are designed to help individuals and families strengthen emotional well-being while maintaining their daily routines and existing support systems.

  • Transitioning from more intensive levels of care

How It Works

Our goal is to help clients manage symptoms, build healthy coping strategies, and improve overall functioning through individualized treatment planning.

We address a range of mental and behavioral health concerns, including:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Adjustment disorders
  • Life transitions

Services may include:

  • Individual therapy
  • Couples therapy
  • Family therapy
  • Psychoeducation and skill-building
  • Referrals to additional resources, as needed

Who Is Eligible?

Outpatient Therapy services are available to Medi-Cal–eligible clients, with some differences by county:

Ventura County

  • Services available to children, adolescents, adults, and couples
  • Medi-Cal coverage accepted
