How It Works
Our goal is to help clients manage symptoms, build healthy coping strategies, and improve overall functioning through individualized treatment planning.
We address a range of mental and behavioral health concerns, including:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Adjustment disorders
- Life transitions
Services may include:
- Individual therapy
- Couples therapy
- Family therapy
- Psychoeducation and skill-building
- Referrals to additional resources, as needed
Who Is Eligible?
Outpatient Therapy services are available to Medi-Cal–eligible clients, with some differences by county:
Ventura County
- Services available to children, adolescents, adults, and couples
- Medi-Cal coverage accepted
