Casa Pacifica’s efforts are aided for the Transition Age Youth Programs by many outside organizations that donate their time, energy and knowledge to assist youth and young adults.
In the spring of 2011, a service-learning capstone project was conducted by CI Sociology Students for Casa Pacifica entitled “Foster Youth Mentorship: A Qualitative Investigation Into Motivations and Experiences”. (PDF)
Created in part by Casa Pacifica employees, Cristina Miranda and Raquel Montes, the report included investigation and summaries on topics such as Foster Youth Challenges, Mentoring, Research Partnerships and more.
